Rusty Red runs its own flexible report system, built for the fastest possible response to violations. With just a couple of clicks you can find the player you need by nickname or SteamID, select one or several offenders at once and pinpoint the type of violation — cheating, teaming, abuse of bugs or anything else.
The main strength of the system is flexible analytics on every player. Each report automatically pulls up the offender's history, which helps moderators quickly call suspicious players for a check and make the right decision on every case. No blind, templated bans: every measure is backed by real data about the player and their behavior.

Not showing up is treated as an admission of the violation. If a player is called for a check and doesn't get in touch, they receive a permanent ban. That's why it's important to react to the call immediately.
You have 5 minutes from the moment of the call. In that time you need to contact a moderator and be ready to go through the check.
Yes. If you believe the ban is unfair, you can file an appeal and your case will be reviewed again. If you were playing fairly — the check and re-review will confirm it, and your access to the server will be restored.
